What have you ALREADY overcome?

I read a book recently that says you need to remind yourself what you have ALREADY overcome so the feeling of defeated doesn’t overtake us. Which is true, I for sure don’t feel like an overcomer everyday but it’s the daily things I do to battle the 5000 thoughts a day.
