When you use to drink so much it knocked you down.

Running has been MY mentor to SHOW me my capabilities mentally.

It’s just not an exercise tool to lose weight. That is the SECOND benefit. The FIRST is discovering how far my mind will go when I truly want to succeed at something.

It have shown me discipline is more than just motivation. You MUST be willing to give up something for success, and it’s usually the thing that’s the HARDEST for you to give up.

Mine was alcohol. Alcohol was locking my knees from running, why? Because alcohol has a lot of inflammation and that’s what causes the knees to lock. #youryesisneeded #youryesyourpath
